Message	Very nice! I just moved to NJ there emissions are strict. I failed. The 25 year rule won't apply to me next year because their rules suck. To be historic in NJ must meet the rules below: •Owned as a collector’s item •Used solely for exhibition or educational purposes •Cannot be altered from the manufacturer’s original design in any way •Equipped for legal operation on NJ roadway
